How is the program organized?
Practical and theoretical training
Training period: 3 months;
Gain practical skills by working on a training project under the guidance of an experienced tech lead;
Build your theoretical knowledge with weekly assessments;
Full working week at the office (5 days, 8 hours a day);
Scholarship is available for the duration of your traineeship.
Working on a commercial project
Project period: 9 months;
Work on long-term projects with mentor support and a transparent performance review system;
Receive technical support and consultations throughout the course of the project;
A resource manager will be assigned to you, responsible for your career journey and development.
